3. SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

All adjustment, commissioning and maintenance operations must be carried out by Qualified Personnel
in compliance with current regulations. The staff of our Sales Organization and your local After-Sales
Technical Service are at your disposal for any further information.
FERROLI S.p.A. declines any responsibility for damage or physical injury caused by unqualified and
unauthorized persons tampering with the device.

3.1 Adjustments

Air lock and head adjustments
The head adjustment depends on the burner's delivery and is performed by turning the adjustment screw
"B" clockwise or anticlockwise until the mark cut into the rod "A" coincides with the pointer.
This changes the position of the baffle in relation to the nozzle and accordingly the air passage.
The air lock is operated by the ventilation (gravity gate).
To adjust the air delivery, turn the screw "C" after loosening the nut "D". After making the adjustment,
tighten the nut "D".
To limit dispersion to the flue with the boiler turned off, the burner is equipped with a gravity-
operated air lock that shuts automatically when the burner stops.
