Table 5-1 provides troubleshooting information for the DH44 Digital Audio Router.

1. Source not playing

etc.) are not supported
by the DHSIP, DH44, etc.

Solution
Press Play, turn ON, etc.
Press "Power" on the
DHTP1 Touch Pad
Increase volume
a. Test known good
speaker at DHTP1's
speaker connector
b. Verify connections
Check setup menu and
confi rm digital output is
enabled
Change digital Output to
PCM Stereo
Perform steps above
Select PCM Stereo out-
put on source compo-
nent. Consult source's
manual for details.
Enable digital output
through source's menu.
Set to PCM stereo. Con-
sult source's manual for
details.
Ensure proper ground-
ing using a three prong
grounded AC outlet.
