5- PTT set with batteries:
With transmitter/receiver sets that are without a power supply pin, on the accessory plug
(for example, a jack plug), the PTT set
batteries are used for transmission only, and consumption is low so that the batteries
last several years. Nevertheless it is advisable to exchange them at least every five
years.

7.2- Utilisation : Use : -20 °C à + 60 °C, relative humidity 0 to 98%.
7.3- Cleaning : Clean with a sponge soaked in soapy water.
Do not use solvents or hydrocarbons.

8- Warranties and Liabilities:

- Contractual warranty:
MSA GALLET warrants the product for a twelve month period from its date of
purchase, being understood that the purchase date mentioned on the invoice, issued by
the shop, is the starting point of the warranty. MSA GALLET warrants that the product
is of merchandisable quality, free from faulty materials, workmanship or defects. It is
understood that the product will be used under normal conditions and in accordance
with the instructions specified hereby.
The end user will notify to MSA GALLET in writing any product's default within five
business days from the occurrence of such default.
The warranty is limited to the free exchange of the product or to the provision of free
parts to replace the faulty parts. MSA GALLET will choose between the two solutions.
MSA GALLET's warranty does not include the actual repairs costs of the products.
MSA GALLET will not be liable in the following cases :
- fair wear and tear, impact, improper use, mishandling, damages or accidents due
to negligence (lack of supervision, maintenance) or any transformation of the
product;
- opening of the PTT box by the end-user.
- repair, alteration or use beyond its specifications as provided by MSA GALLET;
- any accident suffered by a person or a good which may outcome from the use of
the product.
Moreover, MSA GALLET excludes all liability for consequential or indirect losses,
expenses, damages and costs (even if MSA GALLET is aware of their possibility)
caused by the product.
