Setting up for installation

You must place the grinder on a stable bearing surface (20 X 40 cm) next to the espresso machine at a
height of 70 cm. Install a 10-16 amp single-phase power socket compliant with local laws.
After unpacking the appliance, make sure it is undamaged and no parts are missing. If you are in any
doubt, do not use it.
Do not leave packing elements within reach of children, since they are potentially dangerous.
Check that technical data on the identification plate match with those of the installation place before
plugging the appliance into the power system. If you need to replace the power cable, replace it with
a cable that has been recommended by the manufacturer.
