• Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean
and free from oil and grease. Slippery handles and
grasping surfaces do not allow for safe handling and
control of the tool in unexpected situations�
• Note that when you operate a power tool, please
hold the auxiliary handle correctly, which is helpful
when controlling the power tool� Therefore, proper
holding can reduce the risk of accidents or injuries�
Service
• Have your power tool serviced by a qualified
repair person using only identical replacement
parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool
is maintained�
• Follow instruction for lubricating and changing ac-
cessories�
Safety guidelines during power tool
operation
Attention! Through poor conditions of the
electrical MAINS, shortly voltage drops can
appear when starting the EQUIPMENT�
This can influence other equipment (eg.
Blinking of a lamp)� If the MAINS-IMPEDANCE
Zmax<0�156OHM, such disturbances are not expect-
ed� (In case of need, you may contact your local supply
authority for further information)�
• When the cutting operation is in process, please
wait for the motor entering into the normal opera-
tion, then the work shall be continued. If the motor
is operated before entering into the normal operation,
the cut surface of the workpiece shall be uneven�
• The overlarge load shall not be applied to the
products. The incorrect operating ways shall result in
the breakage of the grinding wheel, and the motor shall
be damaged�
• The surface bounce of the grinding wheel shall
be confirmed. If the bounce of the new grinding wheel
is overlarge, then the grinding wheel shall be broken�
If surface runout of grinding wheel is too large, please
replace it with a new one�
• The eyes protector shall be worn.
• The broken grinding wheel shall not be used.
• The proximate matter without shield at the right
position shall not be used.
• The grinding wheel recommended by the manu-
facture shall only be used, and the indicated speed
shall equal or exceeds the indicated speed of the
tools� The grinding wheel with linear speed no less
than 4800 min
shall be adopted�

• The operating instructions provided by the grind-
ing wheel manufacture shall be read carefully.
• Do not impact the grinding wheel. If the grinding
wheel under rotation is impacted, then the grinding
wheel shall be broken, and the serious injury shall be
caused to the human body�
• Do not use the surface of the grinding wheel to
grind the work. If the surface of the grinding wheel is
used to grind the work, then the grinding wheel shall
be broken, and the serious injury shall be caused to
the human body�
• Unconcerned personnel shall not be allowed
to get close. During the operation, the spark pro-
duced shall make injury to the human body.
• When the parts (clips, gaskets, screws, etc.)
have any breakage, please stop using them. When
it is not fixed and stable while using, the grinding wheel
shall be broken, and the injury to the human body shall
be caused�
• The direction of the spark produced in the cut-
ting shall against to the place which is not dan-
gerous. If any inflammable matters exist around the
spark, the safety accidents may be caused�
• The operation shall be executed after the work-
piece is reliably clamped to the working chassis.
No fixed clamped workpiece shall be burst out to
cause the injury to the human body�
Before commencing operation
• Use this power tool only for dry cutting�
• Use the power tool only for cutting material recom-
mended by the manufacturer�
• Before use, place the power tool on a steady hori-
zontal base�
• Do not use cutting discs with dimensions (outside
and mounting diameter) different from recommended�
• Never use other types of cutting disc (circular saw
blades, diamond cutting blades etc�) for this power tool�
• Ensure that all devices preventing accidental touch-
ing of the cutting disc are properly mounted, functional
and in perfect order�
• Never work with protection devices dismounted� Dam-
aged protection devices must be replaced immediately�
• During operation never fix (bind, wedge, etc.) the
sliding guard covers open�
• Never cut wooden workpieces or pieces made of
other materials that are not mentioned herein� The cut-
ting disc is designed for cutting metal only� If the disc
is used for wood (or other materials), it may change its
shape due to overheating� Such deformation may lead
to serious injury of an operator or other persons in the
immediate vicinity of the power tool�
• Keep the handle of the power tool clean and free of oil
to control the power tool and to make the operation safe�
During operation
• Never stand on the power tool - if it turns over or
if you accidentally touch the cutting disc, you can be
seriously injured�
• Keep your hands at a safe distance from the cutting
disc�
• During operation stand aside from the plane of rota-
tion of the cutting disc�
• During operation watch the position of a power cable
(it should always be positioned behind the tool)� Do not
allow it to whip around your legs or arms�
• Never start cutting until the cutting disc reaches its
full speed�
• Always process only one blank - this is the only way
to fix it properly.
• While processing long blanks use the clam ping de-
vices and be sure to provide a support under the long
end of the blank� Never make a third person hold the
working blank�
• Never remove blank waste-ends while the power
tool motor is running�
• If during operation the cutting disc gets stuck in the
blank or is blocked by the waste-ends, immediately
switch off the power tool and only then eliminate the
cause of the cutting disc failure�
• Dust generated during operation may be a hazard
to your health, inflammable or explosive; clean your
