on its supporting table or on a stable
worktable.
Electrical c c onnection
Before connecting the equipment to the
mains, ensure that the mains voltage
coincides with the voltage stated on the
specifications plate.
The CP-250 bread slicer is supplied with
an electrical cable with oil-resistant
sheathing.
Prepare a 2P+T wall connection at 10-16ª
and its corresponding socket (if not
incorporated). THE EQUIPMENT MUST BE
EARTHED. The earth wire of the machine
is clearly identified.
The installation must be protected by a
magnetothermal or differential breaker
and a 16 Amp fuse.
Operation

the guard from the cutter edge and close
the machine cover.
Connect the apparatus to the mains.

thickness, 140 slices per minute, 8,400
slices per hour feeding one loaf of bread
at a time with the 50 Hz model, and 167
slices per minute, 10,020 slices per hour
feeding one loaf of bread at a time with
the 60 Hz model.
If two loaves are fed in, production will be
doubled.
Changing t t he b b lade
To substitute the blade, proceed as
follows:
- Remove the blade from the drive shaft,
using the lip designed for this purpose.
Proceed as follows to fit the blade:
- Fit the blade to the drive shaft.
To avoid accidental cutting, always handle
the blade using the lip designed for this
purpose.
Other i i mportant p p oints
Airborne noise emitted measured using a
standard machine is less than 75dB(A)
when measured at a height of 1.6m and a
distance of 1m.
