installations.
The video entryphone must be positioned at a height of about 165 cm from the
ground, using the flush-mounting box GW 24 237 for version GW 18 341 xx. For the
wall-mounting version (GW 18 343 xx), no box is needed.
1. The video entryphone must be connected directly to the PoL port of the Ethernet
switch (GW 18 371), using a LAN UTP network cable, 5e or higher category (refer to
Connection diagram).
2. In the case of a direct connection to the front door unit (a single family building with
just one video entryphone), the connection between the two devices must be made
with a LAN UTP network cable of Category 5e or higher, of the non-direct type (refer
to Connection diagram).
3. The length of the LAN network cable may not exceed 100 metres.
4. The video entryphone is powered via the LAN network cable (PoL - Power over
LAN).
5. The length of the landing call cable (optional) must not exceed 50 m, with a section
of 1 mm .

6. The length of the electric load cable connected to the relay output (optional) must
not exceed 50 m, with a section of 1 mm
7. For the relay output, do not exceed 24V AC/DC, with a 3A current.
