Translation of the original instructions
Failure at the first attempt will discharge the GYSCAP 500E.

Before any new attempts, charge the GYSCAP 500E.
Check the section «charging du GYSCAP 500E»
For specifc cases : The vehicle's battery is deeply discharged.
Connect the GYSCAP 500E clamps to the battery, ensure that the polarity is correct.
Press the Power button.
The digital display shows the GYSCAP 500E voltage capacity.
Press the button for 3 seconds to perform a forced start.
A 30 seconds countdown starts.
Start the vehicle
Wait for the GYSCAP 500E to charge itself until the display shows
(Once it's charged, the GYSCAP 500E is ready for a new start)
After switching the GYSCAP 500E off
Disconnect the GYSCAP 500E clamps from the vehicle.
Wind up the cables and put them in the dedicated space.

BYPASS MODE

If the start has failed in Standard mode and with the precharge, the vehicle's systems may not allow the start as the
battery voltage is < 8V. In that case, follow the BYPASS steps.
Check the connections before proceeding to the next step.
DO NOT REVERSE THE POLARITIES.
Press the Power button.
The digital display shows the GYSCAP 500E voltage capacity.

Unplug the (+) connector from your battery's terminal
and connect the GYSCAP 500E's red clamp (+) to it.
Connect the black clamp (-) to the (-) terminal on the
battery.
