indique si el equipo está libre de substancias peligrosas para la salud o si está
contaminado. Si está contaminado, indique la naturaleza del peligro. INFICON
devolverá cualquier equipo que no vaya acompañado de la Declaración de
Contaminación a la dirección del remitente. Más abajo encontrará un formulario
adecuado.
