STORAGE
When the appliance is not in use, it should be stored in a dry place.

IN THE EVENT OF A PROBLEM

Never dismantle your appliance yourself. An incorrectly repaired appliance can be a danger to the user.

the normal operating position and the air intake and outlet grills are totally unobstructed.

Points to check
Is the low water level indicator blinking?
Positioning of the appliance (tilt). Positioning
of the tank. Connection of the appliance.
Required water level not yet reached in the
vaporisation compartment (wait a few moments).
Doors and windows are closed.
Vaporisation rate too low.
Obstruction of the intake grills and nozzle.
Relative humidity setting.
The room temperature is too low.
Place the appliance on a flat and stable surface
Programmed operating period has run out.
Is the water level indicator blinking?
Optimum humidity level set.
Even if the water is heated in the base, the mist
produced doesn't feel warm due to the fact it is
so fine and is cooled rather quickly from the air
in your home.
This is a sure sign that the cartridge needs
replacing. If white dust still accumulate around
the product despite the change of the anti-calc
cartridge or if you live in a hard water area,
use preferably distilled water.
Not all hygrometers are calibrated the same,
and most are off by +/- 5%. Moreover, the humi-
dity level is not the same in the whole room as
the air circulation is different in every corner of
the room. Besides,do not place the device near
a heater or a radiator as the heat will absorb
all of the moisture. "
