Solution
• Circuit Breaker is OFF or tripped
• Verify wiring to unit and loads
• Locate and correct shorts
• Verify loads are connected to the correct outputs
• Verify loads wiring matches wiring diagrams
• Replace or install lamps
• If not, the issue may not be with the unit but may be the keypad
or system programming
• Device is configured as an RF device and it is out of range of an
RF signal repeater
• Device is configured as a wired, QS device. Verify the QS
link wiring is correct including loose conductors and shorts
(HomeWorksR QS only)
• Device is in the Factory Default Settings mode and has not been
activated into the system. Use the system software to verify
activation or reactivate the device and transfer its database
• Program or verify the programming using the system software
• Check wiring; if wiring is correct, call LutronR Technical Support
• Set the zone to "Digital"
• Check D1 and D2 connections on the back of the WPM with DALI
control unit
• Reduce number of DALI devices on link to 64 or fewer
• Check voltage: Minimum voltage of 12 V-
• Address DALI devices
• Check D1 and D2 wiring, and power wiring to DALI devices
