Exchange of wire
1. undo the spiro tubing from the 90
2. undo the 2 bolts and take down the whole vertical
part and put it on a table or on the floor.
3. undo the 2 hose-clamps and push the hose together in the
middle of the telescopic tube. Brush off the telescopic tube
with a wire-brush. Push it together a few times so that all
dirt disappears.
4. undo the bolt in the universal joint to the cross-section for
the hood and dismount the cross-section. Push together the
telescopic tube until the old wire comes through at the
lower end.

5. Put in the upper end of the new wire through the eye of the
old wire. Pull at the upper end of the old wire until the new
wire is through at the end of the tube. Pull the new wire at the
top until the eye at the lower end is in line with the hole for
the bolt. Push the cross-section onto the telescopic tube very
carefully and mount the bolt. noTE: See to that the bolt really
goes through the eye of the wire.
6. untie the old wire-rope from the wire-wheel and take
away the old wire.
7. Tread the upper end of wire through the counterweight.
Tie the end of the wire as the old wire was tied.
8. Put together the vertical part and mount it on the arm again.
