open position and tag it to prevent unexpected application of power.
Step 1
Ensure all persons are removed from the water.
Step 2
Verify that all wiring is per instructions and that the pump is connected to power.
Step 3
Restore electrical power.
a) Remove the lock-out device at the power source.
b) Turn on power to the pump at the fuse box.
c) Connect the power cord directly into the outdoor-rated and grounded receptacle.
Step 4
Verify that the pump turns on and begins pumping water.
a) Remove the power cord from the electrical supply if you need to turn the pump off.
Step 5
The product should now be ready for operation. If the product does not operate properly,
consult the Troubleshooting section.
