Carbon Filter Saturation (Optional Filter)
When the F indicator is not flashing, it indi-
cates that the carbon filters should be
changed (see the Changing the carbon filter
section). Press and hold the
lease the saturation function. Only in recy-
cling mode.
Automatic Fan Shutdown
Should you forget to turn off the hood, it will
automatically shut down after 9 hours of op-
eration.
Automatic Light Shutdown
Should you forget to turn off the light of the
hood, it will automatically turn off after 9
hours of operation.
Maintenance of the hood
WARNINGS:
• ALWAYS UNPLUG THE HOOD (BY DISCONNECTING THE PLUG OR
TURNING OFF THE CIRCUIT BREAKER) BEFORE PERFORMING ANY
MAINTENANCE OR CLEANING JOB.
• NOT OBSERVING THE CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS OF THE APPLI-
ANCE AND FILTERS COULD CAUSE A FIRE.
A periodic maintenance assures a good op-
eration and performance of the hood as well
as a long life.
Carefully observe all maintenance instruc-
tions.
