COMMISSIONING
1 - Once the hydraulic and electrical connections have been
made, check that the connections are tight by allowing
water to flow through each entry point used. Ensure that
each pump is working properly. .
2 -
WARNING!
Do not force the motors to start
(by pressing the push buttons on the casing) before
water is let into the pumps. Forced dry functioning
damage the grinding system.

ALARM
ELECTRICAL INSTA L L ATION MUST BE CARRIED
OUT BY A PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICIAN
The alarm system depends on the user's choice (lamp,
buzzer) and the required distance (200-V contact on the
electronic card).
CONNECTING THE ALARM
Two 6.35 connections are available on the electronic card
for creating an alarm circuit (these connections have an
electric current flow of 220V, 5A). To reach the connections,
cut off the power then remove the large cover followed by
the small cover. When the card is half-extracted, the two
connections will appear. Use a round electrical cable 2 x
0.75 mm2, which must pass through the empty stuffing box
before being connected to the alarm system.
WARNING:
This alarm will not operate if there is a
power-cut.
In no circumstances should the mounting of the two
pressure tubes and the two pressure readers on the card
(the level reader and the alarm reader) be inverted during
maintenance or checking (see diagram 15 a).
The following mounting must be checked every time:
1 - Normal pressure tube B : Level pressure reader,
Black flex.
2 - Short pressure tube A : Alarm pressure reader, Clear
f l e x .
Inversion will set off the alarm each time the equipment
is operated.
N.B. The alarm pressure reader is marked with the letter A o n
the electronic card.

Before replacing the motor in the body of the pump,
1
Align the impeller (61) with the reference mark for the
lower case of the motor (43).
