4.5 DRIVING THE TRACTOR
Before starting out, check to make sure the brakes are good.
Lower (disengage) the parking brake (n.13 fig.1).
SELECT SPEED RANGE
(see buttons on control panel n.6 fig.1 e fig.5)
Gear selection is electro-hydraulic and is used as follows:
a) Select the range you want by pressing one of the buttons on the panel

V = (hare)
The range selected will be identified by the LED above the button flashing
b) Engage the selected speed range by depressing the forced gear reset pedal
(n.10 fig.1)
The LED above the speed range selected with stop flashing and stay lit.
If you want to change speed range while driving, follow these steps:
a) Select the new speed range by pressing the corresponding but on panel fig.
5. The LED above the button selected will begin to flash while the LED that
stays lit will indicate the current speed range.
b) Release the forward or reverse drive pedal (n.7-8 fig.1).
c) Engage the new range by depressing the forced gear reset pedal n.10
fig.1.The flashing LED for the new range will stop flashing and stay lit.
d) Continue to drive by using the forward or reverse drive pedals n.7-8 fig.1.
ACCELERATING THE ENGINE
Use throttle lever n.11 fig.1, to accelerate the engine. We recommend setting
engine Rpm between 2400 and 2600 Rpm (see n.16 fig.2).
DRIVING OFF
To drive forward, depress pedal n.7 fig.1.
To drive in reverse, depress pedal n.8 fig.1.
NB
When driving forward, you can lock tractor speed at a desired setting without
having to use pedal n.7 fig.1 constantly.
To do this, once the tractor has reached the speed you want using pedal n.7
fig.1, pull lever n.9 fig.1 back up against the pedal stop.
Release the pedal and the speed will remain as the setting given..
To reset the drive pedal to its normal operation, push lever n.9 fig.1 all the way
forward.
