DIAGNOSTICS
To allow a correct diagnosis, the boiler must be powered.
The following configuration error codes are displayed directly on the boiler LCD display:
FAULT CODE
E42
= Hydraulic configuration not allowed
E43
= SA – remote – zone configuration errors
E44
= ambient probe 1 "SA1" error
E45
= ambient probe 2 "SA2" error
47
= external probe error
CAUSE
one setting zone missing
(0KITZONEXX)
the boiler board has detected one/
some ambient probes, but it does
not know exactly which zone/s
they should be assigned to
ambient probe is faulty (short-
circuit or interrupted circuit) or
parameter P61 is wrong
ambient probe is faulty (short-

parameter P61 is wrong
external probe is faulty (short
circuit or interrupted circuit) or
parameter P57 is wrong
SOLUTION
set zone 2 in the system (0KITZONEXX) or change
parameter P60 (if zone 2 is missing, P61 value must be
00, 01, 02, 03)
access the parameter menu and change parameter P61
check the wires connecting the probe to the electric
panel for damages; ensure that they are fitted to the
right terminals; change parameter P61
