After checking and confirming all the entered data for correctness, press
ENTER
key. The Multi-Function Welding Unit will then request that the
operator confirms that the Pressure Test Unit model is correct. Check that the
model number marked on the aluminum casing is the same requested by the
Multi-Function Welding Unit and then press the ENTER
If the Pressure Test Unit model connected to the Multi-Function Welding Unit
is different from the one requested by the Multi-Function Welding Unit contact
the local SMARTFLEX distributor or NUPI's Technical Support.
The SMARTFLEX piping system can now be pressurized and the following
screen is displayed:

To increase the pressure proceed as follows:
1. Close the dump valve on the Pressure Test Unit.
2. Slowly open the fill valve on the Pressure Test Unit keeping it open until
the pressure displayed on the screen reaches the nominal test pressure.
If the actual pressure exceeds the nominal test pressure the following screen
will be displayed:
