Assembly

• Mount the tool onto a bench or work bench. Fix the base
with bolts (not included).
• The place where the tool will be fixed shall be perfectly
levelled, with enough space to manage and support
correctly the work piece.
Accessory Assembly
• Keep the tool OFF and disconnected to mount the
accessories.
• The tool accessories are necessary for an efficient and
safe operation. Do not use the tool if all the accessories are
not dully installed.
• The tool includes accessories for both wheels (left and
right). The illustration shows the mounting of the
accessories in the right side of the tool. Repeat the process
for the left side.
CAUTION
• Examine carefully all the accessories
before mounting to prevent fixing them in the wrong side.
CAUTION
• For a safe operation, the work support
edges (A) as well as the eye protecting support edges (B)
shall be adjusted at a 1/16" distance from the grinding
wheel.
• Use two set of nuts and screws to fix each eye protecting
shield (B), into each guard. Use the knob to adjust the
angle in the eye protecting shield.
• Always use the eye protecting shield between your eyes
and the grinding wheel.
