TROUBLESHOOTING
No Flow
If the machine is getting power and heating but not pumping, take notice of the green LED's inside of the control box.
The PUMP LED will be either solid on, blinking, or off.
• If the PUMP LED IS On with pump switch up and there is no flow, the pump is
malfunctioning and must be replaced.
• If PUMP LED is blinking, flip pump switch down and back up to reset.
• If PUMP LED is Off with pump switch up, please call ChemFree Technical support for
further assistance.
No Heat
If the 'Add Fluid' light is not on, check to see if the FLUID LED is on.
YES - 'Add Fluid' light is on
• Lift float on probe to up position and see if FLUID LED goes off. If not, probe is
malfunctioning and needs to be replaced.
• If FLUID LED does go off, add 5 gallons of fluid (to start heat) and replace 'Add Fluid'
light. ('Add Fluid' light itself is burnt out)
NO - Check the HEATER LED
• If HEATER LED is blinking is On longer than Off then the heater is bad. This condition
indicates the heater is supposed to be on.
• If HEATER LED is blinking Off longer than On or Flashing Quickly, the thermister is bad
and the probe needs to be replaced. The thermister is indicating the fluid is hot and will
not raise the temperature.
No Power
Check to see if there are any blinking LED"s inside the control box. It is possible the
machine is still heating and just not pumping. If that is the case, see No Flow. If the
POWER LED is not blinking, check to see if the power circuit has tripped or there may be
no power from that outlet. If the outlet is providing power and the unit will still not power
on, contact ChemFree Tech Support for further assistance.
