Handle the lid and measuring
cap with care (use an oven
glove or pot holder if
necessary). Hold the measu -
ring cap by the central section.
• Be careful if hot liquid is
poured into the food processor
or blender as it can be ejected
out of the appliance due to a
sudden steaming.
• Do not start up the appliance
if the measuring cap is not
placed in the hole in the lid
and/or if the seal is not
positioned in the lid.
