3. Mode button: Use this button to toggle among the auxiliary and Bluetooth
operation modes. An audible tone will be heard while cycling through the different
modes.
4. The
button: Press and hold this button to increase the volume level (when the
maximum level is reached, the speaker will generate a short beep). Press this
button briefly to play the next track. In auxiliary mode, only the volume command
will work. Use the commands in your device to go to the next track.
5. The
button: Press and hold this button to decrease the volume level. Press this
button briefly to play the previous track. In auxiliary mode, only the volume
command will work. Use the commands in your device to go to the previous
track.
Built-in microphone: Use it for hands-free calling and conferencing.
6. Status LED light:
• In Bluetooth
mode, the LED light blinks fast to indicate that the device has entered

into the pairing mode and is ready to be detectable for the first time.
• The LED light glows solid blue to indicate that the device is successfully paired.
• When the battery is running low, a tone will be generated once every few seconds
to warn you before it is totally drained.
• The status LED blinks slowly while streaming music in Bluetooth
mode.
• A red LED light indicates low battery voltage and the speaker needs to be charged.
The speaker will also alert of this situation with a voice prompt as soon as it is
turned on.
7. Aux input jack: Allows the connection of any device equipped with an auxiliary
®
3.5mm audio connector (for wired playback). The up and down volume commands
in this mode are enabled.
8. USB port (Power bank): Use it as a power bank to charge your devices whenever
you need it. The power bank will charge as long as the speaker is turned on.
9. DC 5V micro-USB port: Charges the built-in battery of the speaker.
IV. Basic operation
• Use the supplied USB cable to charge your portable speaker directly from your
computer, laptop or AC adapter.
• Make sure that your portable speaker is fully charged before using it for the
first time.
• The battery has to be initially charged for at least 5 hours. Thereafter, it will take
from 3 to 4 hours to recharge.
• While charging, the LED is solid red. When the battery has reached full capacity,
the red LED turns blue.
