Refer to the following instructions to check and correct any failure before contacting
Customer Service at 1-800-815-6615.
1. In the event that the scale is balanced but still giving inaccurate readings, please gently place
the scale on its side to view the assembly under the seat. Make sure the steel rod is connected
properly at the base.
2. Make sure that none of the brackets or S shaped loops are turned incorrectly, bent, or
damaged underneath the platform.
