CHANGING LIGHT BULBS

Replace any of the light bulbs if they burn out. Do
not touch the bulb with your hands as that will
shorten the life of the bulb. Use gloves or a soft
cloth.
WARNING: Hazardous voltage. Unplug
power cord before servicing machine.
1. Stop on a level surface and apply the wheel
lock, then unplug the machine.
2. Allow the light head assembly to cool for at
least 15 minutes before servicing the lamps.
WARNING: Burn hazard. Hot surface. Do
NOT touch.
3. Unfasten the side lights by loosening the
screw, then opening the glass cover. Replace
the 500 watt halogen bulb and refasten the
cover.
NOTE: Only use Tennant bulb no. 314280.
(Cooper Lighting no. 500T3QCL).

4. Unplug and remove the light head assembly
and lay it on its side.
5. Replace the 250 watt UV bulbs as needed.
Dispose of old bulbs in an environmentally
safe way according to local waste disposal
regulations.
NOTE: Only use Tennant bulb no. 1050194.

6. Reattach the light head assembly on to the
machine when done.
