MACHINE TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Bulbs do not come on
Sticky or tacky floor after curing
Surface looks rough after curing

Machine not plugged in
Machine recently unplugged
Bulb burned out
Bulb not inserted correctly
Outlet circuit breaker tripped
Machine CB tripped
Defective cord
Curing speed too fast
Lights not on
Coating not relaxed enough
Side light not on
Curing speed too fast
Side shields too high
Find... Go To..
Remedy
Plug machine in
Allow the bulbs / machine 5 min-
utes to cool down
Replace bulb
Reinstall bulb correctly
Reset circuit breaker
Reset machine CB
Replace cord
Push machine at a slower pace
See "Bulbs do not come on"
above
Allow longer time for coating to
relax before curing with machine
Turn on side lights
Push machine at a slower pace
Lower side shields
