If the problem resists, disconnect the drive system from the network and contact your specialised dealer,
who delivered your care bed. Please describe him the encountered problem and inform him about the serial
number of your bed.
Never open a motor yourself and do not use the bed if the electrical components are
defective.
Without the expressed permission of Thuasne, the repair or the replacement of spare parts is
allowed by a qualified technician only.
Any unauthorised intervention with the electrical components or any manipulation of the system will exclude
the warranty. There may be danger for life by an electric shock because of improper intervention
We recommend in any case of a failure you have to contact your approved Thuasne retailer. The result of
the failure must be stipulated so as to ensure an optimum solution to the problem.
