6.3.- Removing the base plate
Once you have removed the cover, the base plate unit with its axles, gears and impeller are uncovered. To
remove the connection body, simply pull upwards taking from the upper part of the centre axle.
6.4.- Removing the caps
Remove the caps (No. 2 Fig. 11) and friction joints (No. 10 Fig. 11) of the connection body.
The assembly process is done according to point 4.

7. TROUBLESHOOTING

This section indicates the possible breakdowns of the NET 'N' CLEAN owing only to the erroneous operation of the
distributor valve.
PROBLEM
The nozzles in more than one circuit are
upright.
The valve does not change circuit
The joint of the valve is dripping

8. SAFETY WARNINGS

It is recommendable to start up the NET 'N' CLEAN system when there are no bathers in the swimming pool.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Worn caps
Not enough water flow is reaching the impeller
The knob is in the off position
The impeller or inside mechanism are blocked
The ring is loose
The joint and housing are dirty
Excess pressure in the valve

SOLUTION
Replace caps.
Check that the installation is in accordance with the
specifications of this manual.
Choose a larger outlet configuration in the nozzles,
or change the pump for one with a greater flow.
Fully turn the knob clockwise.
Dismantle the valve and clean the base plate unit
until the gears can be turned by hand.
Place the caps in the correct position again.
Fully tighten the ring.
Clean and reassemble.
Choose a larger outlet hole in the nozzles or change
the pump for one with less pressure, so that it is in
accordance with the specifications of this manual.
