3 KIT COMPOSITION.
The CNC Analog Interface Kit, art. 441, is made up of the
elements visible in the below figure.
1 CNC interface circuit
2 Interface connection
3 Arc-on connection
4 Negative output voltage connection
5 Start adapter connection
6 External connector
7 Fasteners
8 Cable gland
9 Negative output voltage connection
10 Start adapter connection

4 APPLICATIONS.
This Kit makes it possible to connect the Plasma Power
Sources art. 326, 336, 334, 361, 359, 279, 357, 355, 296
to a CNC Pantograph in automated plasma cutting sys-
tems.
5 INSTALLATION.
The following hints refer to the "Installation pictures" un-
der the relevant paragraph at the end of this manual.
See the Power Source Instruction Manual for additional
information.
IMPORTANT! The installation operations listed below
must be carried out by qualified personnel only.
All electrical connections must be made in full compli-
ance with current safety laws.
5.1 INSTALLATION PROCEDURE.
For Art 336 and 334:
• Make sure that the Power source cable is disconnect-
ed from the mains
• Remove the four plastic feet
• Remove the upper neck

• Remove the plastic rear and the front frame
• Remove the top cover, the bottom and the two side
bands
• Attach the interface circuit (cod. 5602598) to the inside
baffle using the two grey cylindrical plastic spacers
and the two self-tapping screws as shown in the fig. 1
• Remove the small metal plate on the rear panel and
fastened to it with two M3 hex head screws and nuts
indicated by arrows in fig. 2
• Secure the circular connector on one end of the con-
nection 2 into the hole vacated by the small metal plate
with the two screws M3 hex head and flanged nuts on
the kit and the two hex head screws M3 and its flanged
nuts used to attach the small metal plate as shown in
fig. 3 and 4
• Connect the plastic 8-pin connector of the connec-
tion 2 to the plastic 8-pin connector J2 of the 5602598
board as illustrated in fig. 05
• Connect the two-way black AMP connector of the con-
nection 3 to the AMP MODU II connection J3 of the
board 5602598 as shown in the fig. 5. The connection 3
must go through the hole on the inside baffle as shown
in fig. 6
• Connect the two-way black connector AMP MODU II
of the connection 3 to the two-way CN3 AMP MODU II
connector of the 5602210 board as shown in fig. 7
• Connect the FASTON connector placed at the end part
of the black cable of the connection 4 to the J1 FAS-
TON connector of the board 5602598 as shown in fig.5
• Connect the M5 terminal eyelet at the end of the black
cable 4 of the connection 4 to the screw shown with
the symbol '-' of the board 5602210 as shown in fig. 8
• Connect the M5 terminal eyelet placed at the end of the
red cable of the connection 2 to the screw shown with
the '+' symbol of the 5602210 board as shown in fig. 8
