Safety
− Make sure there is a safe distance to all flammable objects,
e.g. curtains and drapes.
− Always let the sandwich maker cool off completely before
you transport, clean or stow the sandwich maker.

Improper handling of the sandwich maker may result in dam-
age to the sandwich maker.
− Place the sandwich maker on a stable, level and heat-
resistant base. In the process, make sure that there is a
sufficiently large distance to intense heat sources like
heating plates, heating pipes and similar.
− Support feet are located on the bottom of the sandwich
maker. Since furniture surfaces are made of various mate-
rials and are treated with a wide range of care products,
some of these substances may contain components which
attack and macerate the support feet. If necessary, place
an anti-slip base under the sandwich maker.
− Unavoidable food splashes may occur when preparing
meals. Make sure that the base is easy-care and can be k e sure tha e sure t

− Set up the sandwich maker so that the heat emitted
during use is dispelled into the surroundings.
− Make sure that the sandwich maker is not set up under
cupboards or in a corner as baked goods could catch fire.
Also make sure there is sufficient distance to flammable
materials like curtains or table cloths.
− Ensure that the mains cord does not come into contact
with hot parts.
− Never immerse the sandwich maker in water and do not
use a steam cleaner to clean it. Otherwise, you could dam-
age the sandwich maker.
