Apple hazelnut roses
Preparation: approx. 15 min.
Baking: approx. 30 Min. | Yields approx. 6 pieces

apple sauce
20 g
ground hazelnuts
20 g
sultanas

rolled out puff pastry
(approx. 25 × 42 cm, approx. 320 g)

Per piece: 254 kcal, Fat 14 g, Carbohydrate 26 g, Protein 4 g

1. Mix apple sauce, nuts and sultanas. Spread
the filling evenly over the dough, form
roses and coat with a little egg (refer to
instructions p. 6).
2. Baking: approx. 30 min. in the oven
preheated to 200°C (convection). Remove
from oven, leave to cool slightly.
Tip: Serve with vanilla sauce or vanilla ice
cream.
Nut cream roses
Preparation: approx. 15 min.
Baking: approx. 30 Min. | Yields approx. 6 pieces
100 g nut pastry, finely chopped
4 Tbsp cream

rolled out puff pastry
(approx. 25 × 42 cm, approx. 320 g)

Per piece: 327 kcal, Fat 21 g, Carbohydrate 30 g, Protein 5 g
1. Mix nut pastry and cream. Spread the filling
evenly over the dough, form roses and coat
with a little egg (refer to instructions p. 6).
2. Baking: approx. 30 min. in the oven
preheated to 200°C (convection). Remove
from oven, leave to cool slightly.
Tips:
• Serve with cinnamon cream.
• Use brownies instead of nut pastry.
