• Set the winch so that it bears on its
carrying handle.
• Fit a washer (Fig. 16, item 3) on the
mounting screw (Fig. 16, item 2).
• Align the hole for passage of the lever
mounting screw (Fig. 16, item 5) with the
hole for passage of the mounting screw
in the casing of the electric motor
(Fig.16, item 9) then insert the mounting
screw. The lever lug (Fig. 16, item 14)
must be positioned as shown in figure
16.
GB
• Fit the 2
nd
washer (Fig. 16, item 3) and
the self-locking nut (Fig. 16, item 4) on
the mounting screw.
• Tighten the assembly using the two
17mm open-end wrenches.
• After tightening, check that the limit stop
lever swivels freely and acts on the
actuating blade (Fig.16, item 12) of the
limit switch (Fig. 16, item 11).
• Secure the return spring (Fig. 16, item 6)
in the return spring fastening hole (Fig.
16, item 8).
• Using the screwdriver, fasten the return
spring (Fig. 16, item 6) to the electric
motor clamping rod (Fig. 16, item 7).
• Check that the return spring (Fig. 16,
item 6) causes the limit stop lever to
bear against the limit switch actuating
blade (Fig. 16, item 12).
• Run the assembly formed by the {limit
stop and the lifting hook} through the
opening provided for the wire rope
(Fig.16, item 15) on the limit stop lever.
• Switch on the winch and use the control
unit ("up" button) to fully wind the wire
rope on the drum, taking care not to
actuate the limit stop lever with the limit
stop. During the winding operation, the
operator must keep the wire rope
tensioned by manually pulling on the
hook and taking care to uniformly
distribute the wire rope on the drum.
• At the end of the winding operation, the
operator must check that the motor stops
when the limit stop bears against the limit
stop lever. To do so, press the up button
on the control unit until the limit stop
comes into contact with the limit stop
lever.
If the motor does not stop, immediately stop
the up-movement and check the assembly.
If the malfunction persists, send the unit to a
Tractel

-approved repair agent.
-> Installation completed.
