First use of the pot
Remove all labels and stickers from the product.
WARNING:
Before using, remove the container from the base and remove all the styrofoam packaging
material!
Prior to using the multifunctional pot, clean the steam cooking grate, deep-fry basket, fondue forks, the lid
and the removable container with soft cloth moistened with soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Never
immerse the base in water – this could result in injury or damage to the appliance.
Attach the container with non-stick surface to the base with power supply, so that the tabs fi t into the four
holes in the metal surface of the base.

Note: You may smell a faint odour when fi rst using the product caused
by burning off of the new product. This is entirely normal and
disappears after you use it a few times.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Control elements
The thermostat control allows setting of operational temperature.
The referred temperatures here are only approximate, if necessary,
you can use lower or higher temperatures.
Off : Off
Heating (Fondue): 80–100 °C
Stewing: 120–140 °C
Steam cooking: 200–240 °C
Cooking: 200–240 °C
Frying: 180–220 °C
Deep-frying: 180–220 °C
Baking: 180–220 °C
Grilling: 220–240 °C
Temperature settings: From 80 °C to 240 °C
Food preparation

During the food preparation process, the control light alternately lights up and goes out again. It is
permanently on only when heating to a preset temperature, after reaching it, the light will come on and
go out again while maintaining the set temperature.

Do not forget to set the appliance to Off position and unplug it ALWAYS after you fi nish cooking.
1. Heating (Fondue)
To prepare fondue – meat, cheese or chocolate.
•
Put the desired liquid or food directly into the container with non-stick surface and cover with the lid.
•
Set the control to 80–100 °C or as needed. The control light comes on.
•
After heating, switch off the appliance and unplug it.
2. Stewing
To prepare vegetable dishes, stews, fruit.
•
Put the desired liquid or food directly into the container with non-stick surface and cover with the lid.
•
Set the control to 120–140 °C or as needed. The control light comes on.
•
Do not lift the lid too often during cooking to limit the amount of steam and heat, which would escape.
Always make sure that the food is immersed in suffi cient amount of water.
•
Always switch off the appliance after stewing and unplug it.
