Troubleshooting
Problem
The water dispenser
or dispensing button is
leaking.
The water is not hot or
cold enough.
The water dispenser is not
dispensing water.
The water dispenser is
noisy.
Possible cause
There is a small pin hole or crack in the bottle
(common with recycled water bottles).
The drain cap and silicone seal are not secure.
Water was poured directly into the bottle support
collar and overflowed.
There is a possible air pocket.
All the water in the tank has been used.
The unit is unplugged.
The kettle feature was not activated.
The circuit breaker in your home is tripped or the fuse
has blown.
The temperature limit tripped.
The thermostat needs to be adjusted to a cooler
setting.
The water bottle is empty.
Mineral deposits are clogging the tanks.
There is a possible air pocket.
There is possible ice buildup because the thermostat is
set too cold.
The bottle is making a gurgling noise as it fills the
tank.
The water dispenser is not level.
Suggested Solution
Conduct the water bottle leak test outlined in the
"Anti Leak Bottle Support Collar" section.
Ensure the seal is secure in the drain plug and
tighten the drain cap.
Drain by pressing the dispenser buttons.
Press dispensing buttons several times to relieve
the air pocket and release to reset the valve.
Replace the empty bottle with a full one and wait
approximately 1 hour for water to cool / 3 minutes
for water to heat (after activating the kettle feature
button).
Plug it into the outlet.
Activate the kettle feature by pressing
the kettle feature button.
Reset the breaker or replace the fuse.
Allow the temperature of the hot water tank to
cool for approximately 15-30 minutes. The
temperature limit thermostat will reset
automatically once sufficiently cooled, and the
cooling system will reactivate automatically. To
operate the hot water system, press the kettle
feature button.
Adjust thermostat between MIN (cool) and MAX
(colder) levels to achieve the desired temperature.
Replace the empty bottle with a full one.
See "Cleaning the Inside of the Dispenser".
Push down on the dispenser buttons to prime
the unit.
Unplug the unit overnight, then reset. Set the
thermostat to MIN, slowly increasing based on your
use and need for cold water.
This is normal.
Make sure the dispenser is on an even surface that
can support its full weight.
