Getting Started

1. Select (Lb/in), (Kg/cm) or (St/in) by the slide switch on the bottom of the scale.

Instructions For Use
Taking Your Body Fat and Body Water Reading:
You must have bare feet to make this measurement.
To get the most accurate and consistant reading, wipe your feet with a damp cloth. Leaving
them slightly moist, ensure the Analyzer/Scale is on a firm flat surface. The best time for
using this analyzer is in the morning, before breakfast.
To Recall Settings from Memory:
1. While the power is off, press either the (
