Please follow the below procedures to ensure maximum cleaner performance and overall
component condition.
Water Chemistry
The following ranges are the recommended water levels to maintain a
properly balanced pool.
PH Level: 7.2 – 7.8
Total Alkalinity: 80 – 150ppm
Calcium Hardness: 150 – 300ppm
NOTE: Properly balanced water is a guideline for preserving warranty coverage.
REMOVING THE CLEANER FROM THE POOL
• Slowly pull the floating cord to get the cleaner to the pool surface and near
the edge of the pool. DO NOT PULL THE CLEANER OUT OF THE POOL BY
THE CORD OR THE SWIVEL.
• Reach down and grasp the handle of the cleaner and remove it from the
pool as shown in Figures 1 and 2 .

CLEANING THE FILTER BASKETS
• Place the cleaner on a flat surface in the upright position
• Press the front, red latches/buttons IN at the same time, the top shell will pop open
(Figure 3).
• Lift the top shell until an audible click is heard, this keeps the top shell locked in the UP
position (Figure 4).
• Remove the baskets from the inside of the cleaner (Figure 5).
• Apply slight pressure to the top locking clip of the filter basket and remove the basket
lid (Figures 6 and 7).
• Empty the debris from the basket into a waste bin and rinse the basket with a hose.
• Reinstall the basket lid and seat the baskets back into the inside of the cleaner, the
baskets are interchangeable (Figure 8).
• Close the top shell of the cleaner (an audible click will be heard when closing) and
ensure the front, red latches/buttons lock securely (Figure 9) shown below.
