XIV- Returns

Contact Integra MicroFrance Customer Service to get an RGA (Return Goods
Authorization) number before sending the product to Integra MicroFrance. The RGA
number should be written in a clear and visible form on the package and stated on
all additional documents needed for returning the product. Any returned goods must
have been cleaned and decontaminated prior to sending, and must be suitably
packaged for their protection. Have the invoice or original order number to hand to
make it easier to check your warranty information.

XV- Limited warranty

A. This LIMITED WARRANTY assures the buyer of a Integra MicroFrance Product
(hereafter referred to as the 'Product') that if the product does not work as
indicated in the user guides published by Integra MicroFrance, that for the
duration of this LIMITED WARRANTY (one year from the new Product's dispatch
date, Integra MicroFrance shall replace, repair or give the client a credit
(depending on how old the product is) for the product or part of the product. This
LIMITED WARRANTY only covers customers who have purchased the product
directly from Integra MicroFrance, a subsidiary of the latter or an approved
representative.
