B. The following conditions must be met for a customer to benefit
from this LIMITED WARRANTY:
(1) The Product must have been used on or before the date indicated by 'Use by'
or 'Use before', if applicable.
(2) The Product must have been used according to the instructions and may not
have been modified, subjected to an accident, or used in an incorrect,
abusive, or inappropriate manner.
(3) Any faults must be reported to Integra MicroFrance in writing within thirty (30)
days.
(4) The product must be returned to Integra MicroFrance within thirty (30) days of
the latter receiving notification as detailed in point (3) above.
(5) After Integra MicroFrance has inspected the Product, Integra MicroFrance
must ensure that: (i) The Product has not been repaired or modified by any
entity other than Integra MicroFrance or their approved representative, (ii) the
Product has not been used under any conditions other than those for normal
use (iii) the recommended regular checks and maintenance work have been
carried out on the Product.
C. This LIMITED WARRANTY is limited to the terms expressly provided. THIS
LIMITED
WARRANTY
GUARANTEE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW OR ANY OTHER
MANNER, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR IN ACCORDANCE WITH A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Integra MicroFrance
shall not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for consequential,
secondary, indirect or similar damages resulting from a product fault, failure or
malfunction, whether the claim for such damages is based on the warranty,
contract, negligence or any other reason.
D. The exceptions and limitations of the guarantee mentioned above are not and
must not be interpreted as contrary to the mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Users can benefit from legal warranty rights granted by legislation applicable to
the sale of consumer products. If any part or provision of this LIMITED
WARRANTY should be judged by a competent tribunal to be illegal, not
applicable or contrary to existing law, the validity of other provisions in this
LIMITED WARRANTY shall not be affected. In this case, all other rights and
obligations shall be interpreted and applied, without taking account of the part or
provision which is considered to be illegal.
