WATT mode
1. Use joggle wheel to select WATT mode (Drawing 13) and press ENTER to enter.
2. The default value 120 is flashing in WATT window waiting for an adjustment (Drawing 14).
Rotate joggle wheel UP or DOWN to adjust WATT values and confirm by ENTER.
3. Use joggle wheel to preset workout TIME. Press START/STOP button to start workout.
4. Load level will be adjusted automatically according to user's actual RPM input value.
5. WATT LEVEL also can be readjusted manually during workout (Drawing 15).
6. Press START/STOP button to pause workout. Press RESET to reverse to main menu.

BODY FAT MODE
1. In STOP mode, press BODY FAT button to start measurement.
2. User input GENDER,HEIGHT,WEIGHT (Drawing 16~18) and press ENTER,then system start
to measure.During measurement, both hands have to hold on hand grips.
3. LCD will display "= = = " for 8 seconds until console finish measuring (Drawing 19). Then
computer will show BMI, FAT% (Drawing 20~21) and fat symbol by turn in every 3s.
4. Press BODY FAT key again reverse to main menu.

RECOVERY
1. After exercising for a period of time, keep holding on hand grips and press RECOVERY button.
All function display will stop except "TIME" that will start counting down from 00:60 to 00:00.
LCD will display your heart rate recovery status with the F1, F2....to F6.F1 is the best, F6 is the
worst. Press RECOVERY again to return the main display.
2. During the recovery time, re-press RECOVERY and console will go back to previous page.
