OPERATION:
POWER ON
Plug in power supply, computer will power on with beep sound and display all segments on LCD for
2 seconds (Drawing 1). Then display wheel diameter "78.0 KM" and "E" (VDE) for 1 second.
Then computer enter into main menu (Drawing 2).

PROGRAM SELECTION
In main menu, "MANUAL" is flashing (Drawing 3). User can rotate joggle wheel UP or DOWN to
select: MANUAL→BEGINNER→ADVANCE→SPORTY→CARDIO→WATT. Press ENTER to
confirm.

Manual Mode
1. Press START in main menu may start workout in manual mode directly
2. Use joggle wheel to select workout program, choose Manual and press ENTER to enter.
3. Use joggle wheel to preset TIME.DISTANCE.CALORIES.PULSE and press ENTER to confirm.
4. Press START/STOP keys to start workout (Default:lowest load).
Use joggle wheel to adjust load level.
5. Press START/STOP keys to pause workout. Press RESET to reverse to main menu.

Beginner Mode

1. Use joggle wheel to select BEGINNER mode and press ENTER to enter (Drawing 4).
2. In Beginner mode, there are 4 types to choose. user can rotate joggle wheel to select from
BEGINNER 1 to BEGINNER 4 and press ENTER to confirm (Drawing 5).
3. Use joggle wheel to preset workout TIME.
4. Press START/STOP keys to start workout. Use joggle wheel to adjust load level.
5. Press START/STOP keys to pause workout. Press RESET to reverse to main menu.
