INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT CT-24M
Please read these instructions carefully before installing the control unit.
Improper use or a connection error could jeopardise correct operation of the product and endanger
the end user.
DESCRIPTION OF PARTS (Fig.1)
A) Terminal board for 24V connections. ( Motor –
Blinkers – On light )
B) Encoder connector
C) Terminal board for output connections (
Controls and Safety Devices )
D) Inlet safety light: Light on = inlet closed
E) P/P (Pass/Pass) Button
F) Programming light
G) PROG button for programming
H) Dip-switch setting functions ( see tab. 2 )
L) Control Unit Reset. Short circuiting the 2 pins
for a moment is the same as rebooting the
power supply
* This STOP button is not a safety button but serves solely to facilitate tests during installation.
FEATURES
The control unit is equipped with:
- a system to prevent deformation
- encoder sensitivity regulation
- motor deceleration
- motor brake
- magnetic limit switch sensors
- phototest (can be bypassed)
