MACHINE CONTROL PANEL (Fusion 20 I)
Key Switch (See Figure 9, Item "A")
The key switch turns "ON" the power to the control
panel. "0" is "OFF" and "I" is "on".
Pad Motor Switch (See Figure 9, Item "B")
The pad motor is turned on by either the right or left
pad motor switch.
Battery Meter (See Figure 9, Item "C")
The battery meter indicates the relative charge on
the battery pack. Do not continue to run the
machine when the needle is in the "red" area. This
will shorten the life of the battery.
Pad Pressure Meter (See Figure 9, Item "D")
The pad pressure meter indicates the relative
amount of pressure the pad is putting on the floor.
To maximize run time on a battery charge, keep the
needle towards the center of the green area.
Hour Meter (See Figure 9, Item "E")
The hour meter indicates the number of hours of the
machine has operated. It runs only when the pad
motor is running.

Circuit Breaker (See Figure 9, Item "F)
The circuit breaker reset button is located on the rear
cover. Item F - Pad Motor (70 amp)
If a circuit breaker trips, determine which motor is not
operating and turn the key switch "OFF". Wait five
minutes and push the reset button back in. Turn the
key switch "ON", and try again. An authorized
service person should be contacted if the breaker
trips again.
Control Handles (See Figure 9, Item "G")
The control handles are located at the rear of the
machine. They control the direction of the machine.
Push forward to go forward. Pull back to move in
reverse.
Parking Brake. See Figure 10a & 10b.
The parking brake prevents movement of the ma-
chine. It is located at the rear lower left side of the
machine. To engage the brake, push the pedal down
(Figure 10a). To release the brake, lift pedal up
(Figure 10b).
