Turn the switch on/off button (7) to adjust the amount of steam [Fig. E4]:
Rotate anti-clockwise to decrease the amount of steam.
Rotate clockwise to increase the amount of steam.
On delicate surfaces such as parquet and pre-finished floors, adjust to a minimum the amount of
steam and increase steam quantity only where there are particularly stubborn stains.
Rest one foot on the brush (14) and pull the handle (1) toward you to tilt the Steam Mop body
[Fig. E5].
Produce steam by briefly pressing the steam mop button (2) [Fig. E6].
DO NOT emit steam continuously so as to not to wet the surface that is to be cleaned excessively.
The steam takes a few seconds to penetrate through the cleaning cloth.
Rub the surface to be cleaned by tilting the product to about 45°.
Switch the product off by pressing the on/off button (7) again [Fig. E3].
Let the product cool.
WARNING: SCALDING HAZARD
Before removing the cloth (13A), after use, ALWAYS switch off the steam cleaner
and wait a few minutes for the brush (14) to cool.
Press a corner of the cloth (13A) with one foot and lift the steam mop to remove the cloth from
the brush (14).
USING THE "STEAM + DETERGENT" TECHNOLOGY
To remove particularly stubborn stains, and use your detergent's cleaning power along with steam, press
the detergent spray pedal repeatedly (14C) [Fig. F7]. Each time the pedal is pressed, the detergent spray
(14D) will spray an exact amount of detergent in the area immediately in front of the brush [Fig. E7].
Use of the steam + detergent will make it possible to eliminate the driest and most stubborn stains.
TO RENEW RUGS/CARPETS
Place the Microfibre Cloth for rugs (13B) on the floor with the Velcro side facing up, place the brush
(14) on it and press lightly, making sure the entire surface of the brush is covered [Fig. B1-C].
Place the Rugs/Carpets support (15) on the ground.
Insert the brush (14) in the front part of the rugs/carpets support and press the steam mop until the
Rugs/Carpets support (15) attaches completely to the brush [Fig. E8].
The rugs/carpets support allows the steam mop to slide easily on surfaces such as rugs and carpets
with short hair.
DO NOT dose the amount of steam excessively during use on rugs/carpets.
Before removing the Rugs/Carpets support (15) turn off the steam mop from the on/off button (7)
and allow it to cool.
To remove the rugs/carpets support (15) place one foot on the rear of the support and lift the steam
mop to release the brush (14) from the rugs/carpets support (15) [Fig. E9].
USED AS A MULTIFUNCTIONAL STEAM CLEANER
WARNING: ALWAYS turn off the appliance before removing the manual steam cleaner
(6) from the steam mop body (5) and before attaching/detaching any accessory.
WARNING: SCALDING HAZARD
The steam nozzle of the accessory adapter (16A), that of the hose (16N) and the
accessories (16) heat up during use. Allow the appliance and all accessories to
cool before attaching/detaching them.
