Causes

Solution
- Connect the machine to the mains
power.
- Contact an authorized Service
Centre.
- Fill the tank with clean water.
- Start another dispensing.
- Carry out the descaling cycle.
- Repeat dispensing with a new
capsule.
- Contact an authorized Service
Centre.
- Carry out the descaling cycle.
- Insert the drawer properly.
- Switch the machine off and allow
it to cool for 15-20 minutes, and
then try again.
