4. OPERATION INSTRUCTION
PRIOR TO WASHING
THE MANUFACTURE BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR TEXTILES DAMAGED
BY IMPROPER WASHING PROCEDURES.
The linen must be assorted according to its kinds and selected washing temperature. Empty the pockets,
remove strange objects like nails, bolts, pins etc., which may damage the linen and machine. To reach
better washing results, mix large and small pieces of linen and put them free and separated to the machine.
1. Press the key of door lock releasing
(on machines with a card programmer).
2. Open the machine door:
SOFT-MOUNT MACHINE TYPES 33 - 55 KG
– by turning the handle down
MACHINES OF 22KG CAPACITY SOFT-MOUNT AND NON-CABINET
– by pulling the handle towards you
NON-CABINET MACHINE TYPES 35-43 KG
– by holding the lock releasing key and pushing the door handle to the right from the lock
3. Put linen in the machine. The machine weight capacity must not be exceeded.

4. Close the door carefully and secure it properly:
SOFT-MOUNT MACHINE TYPES 33-55 KG
– by turning the handle up
MACHINES OF 22 KG CAPACITY, SOFT-MOUNT AND NON-CABINET
– by pushing the handle towards the machine
NON-CABINET MACHINE TYPES 35-43 KG
– by closing the door firmly, that the lock latch snaps in
5. Select a programme according to the degree of the linen soil and character.
6. Check the position of the "Hoppers - Pumps" change-over switch, according to the way of washing soap
addition.Fill up the soap hoppers according to a selected programme (fig. 4.A), or switch on the proper
pumps with correct liquid soaps.(This is only valid for Card programmer).
If the machine is equipped with a steam heating, open the valve in the machine steam supply.
In case that the machine is switched off by the EMERGENCY STOP, pull the button out.
