Mounting steps

A DC−bus connection with regenerative power supply module has to be planned
and dimensioned taking the technical data into account.
How to arrange the devices for operation in the DC−bus connection via the DC
busbars:
Arrange the devices in a row from left to right.

Install the supplying device on the left:
ƒ

Regenerative power supply module with assigned mains filter (in a first
row),
–
Input module (in the following rows).
Install the multi drive axis controllers to the right from the highest to the
ƒ
lowest power (recommendation).
For increasing the braking power also single drive axis controllers can be
ƒ
integrated. For this purpose, these axis controllers have to be equipped
with the optional busbar mounting set (E94AZJAxxx). In order to carry out
multi−supply applications, consult Lenze.
4.3 Mounting steps
So gehen Sie bei der Montage vor:
1. Montageplatte mit M5−Gewindebohrungen gemäß dem
Befestigungsraster vorbereiten.

Beginnen Sie von links mit dem Montagesockel des
DC−Versorgungsmoduls E94AZPNxxxx.
–
Die Achsmodule nach rechts anreihen, mit fallender Nennleistung.
2. Montagesockel auf die Montageplatte schrauben. Die Schrauben aber
noch nicht fest anziehen.
–
Verwenden Sie M5−Kombischrauben oder
M5−Innensechskantschrauben mit Unterlegscheibe.
–
Die Verschraubung darf im Montagesockel max. 7 mm auftragen.
3. Richten Sie alle Komponenten aus.
4. Beim Einsatz von Stromschienen: Stromschienen verbinden.
5. Die Komponenten auf der Montageplatte festschrauben.

Anzugsdrehmoment: 3.4 Nm (30 lb−in).
