4) Attach the Crown Spacer (F) to the front of the Crown
(Eb) fl ush with the top edge and sides, with three #8 x 1"
Pan Head Screws (ZP) through the predrilled holes in the
crown. The lip on the Spacer must be to the lower front.
Lower the Top Assembly (G) onto the Sides (Ab & Bb) and
attach by inserting #8 x 1
holes in the Top and fasten securely. See FIGURE 4.

5) With the unit lying face down, measure from top left to bottom right and from top right to bottom left.
If the unit is square, the measurements will be equal. If one is longer, tap the bottom of the side
panel on the longer side until equal. See FIGURE 5A.
Attach a Right Angle Bracket (ZS) to each side panel and bottom of center shelf about 1/2" behind
the front cam housings. Use #6 x 5/8" Undercut (type 17) Screws (Z). See FIGURE 5A.
Attach a 3 Sided Bracket (ZT) to each inside front corner with two #6 x 5/8" Undercut (type 17)
Screws (Z) into the crown, top, and each side panel. See FIGURE 5A.
Lay the Back (H) on the unit so that it can be fastened to the Sides, Top, Center Shelf and Sleeper
with #6 x 5/8" Philtruss Screws (ZU) through the predrilled holes in the back. See FIGURE 5B.
Slide the Base (I) under the lower end of the sides until it is fl ush with the bottom. Fasten in place
with four #8 x 1¼" Black Screws (U) through the holes in the front Sleeper (C). See FIGURE 5C.
