Power tool designation
The power tool is designed for polishing surfaces with
liquid polishing compounds�
The area of the tool application can be expanded due
to use of additional accessories�

Not all of the accessories illustrated or described
are included as standard delivery.
Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread.
Vibration-dampening additional handle (see fig. 1)
Vibration-dampening additional handle 6 may be posi-
tioned as deemed comfortable by the user�
• Unscrew vibration-dampening additional handle 6
as shown on fig. 1.1.
• Unscrew cap 13 and screw in vibration-dampening
additional handle 6 into the threaded opening�
• Screw in cap 13 into the freed threaded opening�
Mounting / replacement of accessories
After mounting accessories of any kind,
make a trial run before commencing op-
eration - start the power tool and let it
work in idle mode for not less than 30
seconds. The operation of accessories with radial
or axial run-out and causing increased vibration of
the power tool is strictly forbidden.
Mounting / dismounting of rubber plate (see fig. 2-3)
• Press and hold spindle lock 1�
• Screw rubber plate 9 or 10 on spindle 5 and tighten
it by wrench 12 (see fig. 2.2).
• Disassembly operations do in reverse sequence
(see fig. 2.3).
• If during the operation, the rubber plate 9 or 10 has
got too tight, it is recommended to hold spindle 5 in the
fixed position with help of suitable open-end spanner
(not included in delivery set) and unscrew the plate 9
or 10 with wrench 12 (see fig. 3).
Mounting of polishing accessories
Velcro-type polishing accessories (see fig. 4-5)
Prior to mounting velcro-type polishing
accessories (polishing bonnet 14 or
polishing sponge 15), need to install
rubber plate 9 with velcro surface.
• Position the power tool so that rubber plate 9 is
pointed upwards (see fig. 4.1, 5.1).
• In the case of changing the polishing accessory, lift
the brim of polishing accessory and remove it pulling
the brim further (see fig. 4.2, 5.2).
• Put the polishing accessory on the rubber plate 9�
Follow the rules below:
• the polishing layer should be on top (velcro sur-
face of rubber plate 9 must be attached to the velcro
surface of the polishing accessory);
• the brims of polishing accessory and rubber
plate 9 must match�
• Firmly press the polishing accessory against the
surface of rubber plate 9�
Polishing bonnet with strap or elastic neck (see
fig. 6-7)
Prior to mounting polishing bonnet 11
or 16 (with strap or with elastic neck),
need to install rubber plate 10.
• Gently stretch the neck of the polishing bonnet 11
or 16 (see fig. 6.1 or 7).
• Put on polishing bonnet 11 or 16 onto rubber
plate 10 (see fig� 6�1 or 7)�
• When install the polishing cover 11: tighten the ends
of strap of the fabric neck, tie them and thread them
under the fabric (see fig. 6.2).
Initial operating of the power tool
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power sup-
ply voltage must match the information quoted on the
power tool identification plate.
Switching the power tool on / off
Short-term switching on / off
Switching on:
In order to switch on the power tool move locking
button 8 forward and push on / off switch 7 (see
fig. 8.1). Hold the on / off switch 7 in pressed position
by working�
Switching off:
In order to switch off the power tool, release on / off
switch 7 (see fig. 8.2).
