4.3.11 Check Alarm Records

4.3.12 APP Alarm Handli n g and Some Notices
1. Intrusion detectors (Door Sensor/ PIR moti o n sensor/ More detectors) only can be tri g gered to alarm when
host is i n ARM status. Other types detectors (SOS button / medi c al call button / fi r e detector) can di r ectly
trigger to alarm even in disarm status.
2. In Home Stay ARM status, the switch of i n trusi o n detectors needs to turn on so that can be triggered to
alarm.(Default for newly added detectors are home stay arm detectors, user can modi f y the zone types,
detai l s please refer Step 4.3.8 ).
3. If sensors had been triggered to alarm, there wi l l be a red spot on sensor management i n terface. Other
types such as (operati n g record/power fai l ure/ temper swi t ch) alarm message wi l l appear i n "Alarm Records",
wi t h a red spot there. After checked, the red spot wi l l di s appear. Or cli c k "clean" to delete all red spot.
4. Di f ferent type of alarm message, APP wi l l push different alarm musi c to i n form users.
5. If turn on "when GSM network breakdown, APP push message alert" functi o n, when the host detect there i s
something wrong with the GSM network, APP wi l l push message to alert all the users.
6. If turn on "When Wi-Fi network breakdown, auto change to GSM network" function, when Wi-Fi network
breakdown, Host will send SMS to the 3 preset SMS numbers for remi n der.
7. When those sensors such as door/wi n dow sensor, PIR detector are di s connected wi t h alarm host, APP will
