Middle and Far East countries, that constitute the key Markets for Two for one Twisters, are today showing requirements that
until now have characterized the "Traditional" western markets.
The new needs are diverse, not only among each Market area, but also throughout a single Market.
The main requirement is to reduce workforce, which is becoming, day by day, more and more difficult to find, even if its costs
are still strongly competitive if compared with the western markets.
Moreover, apart from the need to reduce the initial investment costs as well as power consumption, a great number of
Companies keep asking for products which can grant low maintenance times and costs.
To meet those new requests, sometimes in contradiction one with each other, Savio has developed its brand new Two for One
Twisters generation, Sirius, that is able to solve all the problems mentioned above.
The main features of our new machine are:
• An high structural standardization for all the diverse models.
• A wide range both for feeding and spindle dimensions for every yarn type and count.
• A great optional offer, available for all the different machine versions.
• "Electronic" solutions and simplified maintenance to reduce the workforce needed for each machine.
In other words, with its new Two for One Twister, Sirius, Savio met the objective to put together needs that, until today, appeared
to be alternative, offering a competitive global machine, that can, at the same time, be fitted according the local needs of each
single market and client, finding a "Third Way" melting global and local approach.
En los últimos tiempos los países del Medio y Extremo Oriente, donde está situado principalmente el mercado de la doble tor-
sión, han manifestado necesidades nuevas que antes eran propias de los mercados occidentales y tradicionales.
Estas nuevas necesidades cambian además de zona en zona, incluso dentro del mismo mercado.
Se está prestando una atención particular a la posibilidad de reducir la mano de obra ya que, a pesar de presentar costes
inferiores a los de los mercados tradicionales, cada vez resulta más difícil de conseguir.
Además, aparte de la exigencia de afrontar costes iniciales de inversión moderados y de reducir los consumos energéticos, los
tiempos y los costes de mantenimiento han asumido una gran importancia.
Para satisfacer estas nuevas exigencias, aparentemente discordantes, Savio ha desarrollado una nueva generación de retorce-
doras Sirius que resuelve los problemas mencionados.
De hecho la nueva máquina prevé:
• Una alta estandarización a nivel estructural para los distintos modelos.
• Una amplia gama de alimentaciones y de dimensiones de los husos para cada gama de hilados y títulos.
• Una amplia gama de accesorios opcionales disponibles para todas las versiones de la máquina.
• Facilidad de uso y soluciones "electrónicas" para reducir el número de los operadores.
Savio ha conseguido hacer coexistir necesidades que hasta hoy parecían alternativas, ofreciendo una máquina competitiva y
al mismo tiempo adaptable a los distintos mercados y clientes y encontrando un "Tercer camino" que funde el enfoque global
y el local.
