Operating the instrument
Mains switch
The instrument is switched on using the mains switch (3).
The mains switch has two setting positions
If the instrument is switched on, a green control lamp lights up in the switch.

The output of the light source can be infinitely varied by turning the control knob (2).

The instrument is supplied with a Storz adapter as standard.
Connection for potential compensation
The instrument is fitted with a plug-in device (4) according to DIN 42801 for connecting a potential compensator, which is used to earth
the instrument if it is operated in rooms of the application class 1 or 2E.
The potential compensation connection is to be connected via a respective earth cable to the central potential compensation of the ope-
rating theatre or the instrument trolley.
